Set of 6 Handprinted Covered Buttons

Taking inspiration from my vintage button collection, I carved tiny linoleum blocks to print fabric for these covered buttons.

Surprisingly light for their size, they're perfect for handknits; or attach them to bobbypins, hairties, safety pins or big paperclips to make cute accessories!

Printed with water-based silkscreen ink on cotton, they've been heat-cured to set the ink. I've interfaced the buttons with an extra layer of cotton to prevent the metal shining through. The buttons are rust-proof; hand washing is recommended, dry-cleaning is not.

The buttons measure 29mm (1") in diameter.
