If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me
within 10 days of receipt of it. I will happily refund the purchase
price, minus shipping costs, upon receipt of returned items in good
condition. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Lost parcels:
These are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a parcel hasn't arrived
within a reasonable time, I will refund or resend the item, provided I
have another available.
Returned parcels:
If a parcel is returned to me by the postal service, but did reach your city and was sent to the address provided, I'll contact you to
confirm your address and try to send it again. Should you prefer to end
the transaction at this point, I will refund you the cost of the item,
but not the shipping costs.
